For instance, I never knew what an annuity was before the class and this is definitely something that I am interested in. I learned about so many other things and the next term will be focusing a lot on insurance and different types of insurance. I think that I would benefit from learning this.

I know enough to know that it is a good idea to compare insurance quotes, but in doing this, it is mostly all about prices and numbers. How many people actually know what they are purchasing when they go out and buy insurance? I want to know exactly what I am buying when I give someone my money.

I remember when I went and got a home insurance quote. It all sounded good, but that is because I had no idea what they were talking about. I want to learn about reading the fine print on all insurance contracts. I would love to know my policies inside and out. I think that I am going to take the class, even if it is just for my own personal benefit.
