Since our last website designer quit a couple of months ago, our company has been unable to fill his place. The company creates a large number of content sites for revenue, and without a designer, we are in trouble.

Last week at a board meeting, it was decided that I was going to be the new website designer because of my creative abilities. Sure, I don’t have a clue on how to make a web menu, let alone a website, but they had a solution for that as well.

Our company recently purchased some quick and easy web design software so that I would be able to create professional site designs without initially needing to know how to code. In fact, it was looking like it was going to be a drag and drop style of web design, which would make my job that much easier.

Needless to say, I do have some learning ahead of me if I am going to take the role as head website designer.

I don’t know if you have noticed, but the speed that new technology reaches consumers hands is amazing. I mean, one day you read online about the latest invention that will be coming out soon, and then you see it on store shelves just a few months later.

Since I work in the field of selling electronics, it is important for me to keep up with the latest gadget news so that I can be helpful to my customers. Without knowing the latest trends in technology, I really serve them no purpose.

So, I make sure to read blogs, websites, and magazines - basically anything that can shed light on what the latest and greatest things that will be hitting our shelves in the future. In fact, I take it one step further, and educate my co-workers, so that we are the place to pick up the latest toys.

So far, this has been a great strategy, and the company sales prove it.

When I was in medical school I knew that I wanted to specialize in something, but I was not sure what, so I never did end up making a decision while I was in school. The decision actually came quite a few years later, after I had been practicing as a general practitioner for more than five years.

My mother had been diagnosed with osteoporosis and she told me that there were no specialists in this field. I went back to school and became the first specialist in osteoporosis Orange County. I wanted to be able to help my mom to the best of my ability and I was sure that there were lots of others out there, too, that would be glad to have a clinic designated just for the condition.

I opened up the office and I soon had more patients than I could handle and had to hire another doctor to come in and help me out.
